We led two early Morning Mindfulness sessions aimed at helping participants get rid of “Head Trash” and go forth with a lighter load for the rest of the day.
A few of the how-to skills we gave the group were:
- Increasing the capacity to be fully present at work
- Observing thoughts without judgement
- Practicing deep breathing as a form of mindfulness
We couldn’t have asked for better weather or a better beach-side setting to network with some the sharpest HR minds we’ve encountered on the East Coast.
